Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise that may impact your daughter’s ability to participate in the course for which she is registered. If we are notified more than two weeks prior to the course, a 75% refund can be issued (or you may change participation to a later date at no charge). If we are notified less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date but more than 72 hours before the course starts, no refund will be issued but we are happy to change your daughter’s course enrollment to another course with no fee. There will be no exception to this policy.
