Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise that may impact your child's ability to participate in the course for which he/she is registered. If we are notified more than two weeks prior to the course, a 75% refund can be issued (or you may change participation to a later date at no charge). If we are notified less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date but more than 72 hours before the course starts, no refund will be issued; however, we are happy to change your child's course enrollment to another course with no fee. There will be no exception to this policy.
